Terms & Conditions
Last updated September 22, 2026
These terms govern use of One Touch Dispatch, school-bus dispatch and student-transportation software operated by Massive Movement Inc. (“Massive Movement,” “we,” “us”), Cresco, Pennsylvania, USA. By using the service you agree to them. A district or contractor’s signed service agreement, where one exists, takes precedence over these terms.
Who may use the service
Dispatchers, drivers, school-office staff and parents use One Touch Dispatch through an account or a private link issued by their school district or bus contractor. Keep your sign-in and any family link private — a family link shows a child’s live bus information to anyone who has it. Tell your transportation office immediately if a link or account may have been shared.
SMS Terms
One Touch Dispatch offers optional text-message updates from Massive Movement Inc. about your child’s school bus.
- Opting in. On your child’s private page you enter your mobile number, tick the consent box and tap “Turn on text updates.” Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and your child’s transportation is not affected if you decline.
- What you receive. Notifications about your own child’s ride: the bus approaching your stop, boarding, drop-off, delays, route changes, weather closures and breakdowns, plus replies from your district’s transportation office.
- Frequency. Message frequency varies by route and by the day — typically a few messages on a school day.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We charge nothing for the messages; your mobile carrier’s rates are between you and them.
- Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel, or tap “Stop text updates” on your child’s page. You will receive one confirmation and no further messages.
- Help. Reply HELP, or contact your district’s transportation office, or write to stevan@massivemovementinc.com.
- Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and your device.
- Privacy. Your mobile number is used to send these notifications and to let your transportation office answer your replies. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Safety — what the service is and is not
One Touch Dispatch reports information from GPS devices, driver entries and district records. Arrival estimates are estimates. Bus-safe routing uses the vehicle dimensions the district enters and the road data available to us; it does not replace the driver’s judgement, posted signs, or a physical clearance check. Never rely on this service in an emergency — call 911. The service does not replace a district’s own safety procedures, inspections or supervision.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- share credentials or family links with anyone not entitled to them;
- attempt to access another district’s, family’s or student’s data;
- scrape, copy or resell data from the service;
- interfere with the service’s operation, security or availability;
- use the service to harass anyone or to break the law.
District and contractor responsibilities
Districts and contractors are responsible for the accuracy of the records they enter, for issuing and revoking accounts and family links promptly, for obtaining any parental notices or consents their state requires, and for their own retention obligations. Pricing, invoicing and payment terms are set out in the district’s service agreement.
Availability
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Mobile coverage gaps, carrier delays, GPS accuracy, third-party outages and scheduled maintenance can interrupt or delay information.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Massive Movement Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees the customer paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Intellectual property
The software, its design and its content belong to Massive Movement Inc. Customer data — student, family, staff and vehicle records — belongs to the district or contractor.
Paying for the service
A district or contractor is invoiced for the buses on its fleet list, at the rate agreed in its own agreement with us. Invoices go to the accounts-payable contact set in the service, with a PDF and a payment link, and are due 30 days from the date of issue. Payment by purchase order, bank transfer, card or cheque is accepted.
We do not suspend or cut off the service for non-payment. Buses stay tracked, parent pages keep working, and drivers keep their screens, however overdue an invoice is. This is a safety service: a parent waiting at a stop should never be left without information because of a billing dispute between adults. Where an invoice remains unpaid a month after its due date, we show a reminder on the district’s dispatch screens each day until it is settled, and we may contact the accounts-payable contact directly. Nothing is withdrawn.
We do not charge late fees or interest on overdue invoices. An invoice that is late is the same amount when it is paid as it was on the day it was issued.
Fees already invoiced are not refunded or pro-rated if a district stops using the service part-way through a period it has paid for. The other side of that is that the service continues for the whole period paid for: a district that has paid for a year and decides in month four to stop keeps working buses, parent pages and driver screens until the end of that year. A district’s own agreement with us governs where it says something different.
Monthly auto-pay, where a district chooses it, continues until canceled and may be canceled at any time from the billing screen. The amount follows the active bus count, so it changes when buses are added or retired.
Ending use
A district may end its agreement under that agreement’s terms; we will return or delete its data on request. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or that threatens the security of the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows when. Material changes are sent to districts by email.
